General module - ABC-XYZ analysis:
  • All goods are classified according to the volume of sales and regularity of demand.
  • Category AX - goods with a stable high demand, bringing in a specific large revenue
  • Category CZ - goods with unstable demand, bringing in specific low revenue
  • Categories AX, AY, BX, CX are highly predictable and extremely important for the company
  • Category AZ - very important, but poorly predictable. Numerous promotions are carried out with this group of goods to establish stable demand.
  • Categories BY, BZ, CY - “gray mass” in stock
  • Category CZ - products in this category are usually recommended for withdrawal from the assortment
